Plot Summary:
The point when Walt Disney's little girls beseeched him to make a motion picture of their most loved book, P.l. Travers' Mary Poppins (1964), he made them a guarantee - one that he didn't understand might take 20 years to keep. In his journey to get the rights, Walt comes up against a curmudgeonly, uncompromising scholar who has truly no aim of giving her a chance to cherished mystical caretaker get battered by the Hollywood machine.
