Plot Summary:
A year in the wake of winning the 74th Hunger Games, Katniss Everdeen and her accomplice, Peeta Mellark must go on what is known as the Victor's Tour wherein they visit all the regions. At the same time before leaving, Katniss is gone to by President Snow who expects that Katniss opposed him a year prior throughout the amusements when she decided to kick the bucket with Peta. With both Katniss and Peeta pronounced the victors, it is energizing a conceivable uprising. He tells Katniss that while on tour she better attempt to verify that she puts out the flares or else everybody she thinks about will be in peril. Anyhow shockingly she neglects to do that. So Snow chooses to authorize what is known as the Quarter Quell, the right to make a change to the Hunger Games, which he is permitted to do at regular intervals. He chooses to hold a release of the Hunger Games wherein past victors will contend once more. Their tutor Haymitch thinks their best opportunity to survive is structure a partnership with a portion of the others. They choose to adjust themselves to Finnick and his accomplice, Mags. However Snow is subtly trusting Katniss will be murdered.
